“If a person readily accepted this challenge and passed the marathon no worse than others – for me this is a sign that he will not be afraid of difficulties and difficult situations in the work environment. And our specialization just assumes the existence of non-standard situations almost every working day, ”says Larry O’Tool.

In this company, to gain a foothold in the position, you must go through coffee and donuts. Each new employee is taken first for an internship that lasts one month. And over the course of this month, interns in pairs should bring lunch to their colleagues working in the main office – coffee and fresh pastries.
